SCCM Administrator

Job Opportunity: SCCM Administrator Support

Location: New Orleans, LA 70112

Duration: 6+ months

Pay: $30 - 37/hr


Job Duties:

  • System Center Configuration Manager Administration and Engineering
  • Architectural Design and Implementations
  • Infrastructure Management
  • Manage Boundary Groups and Boundaries
  • Design, configure and manage RBAC roles and permissions
  • Basic understanding of SQL and SCCM requirements
  • Collection and query creation and management
  • Client installation and troubleshooting
  • Application and Package creation and deployment
  • Content distribution, management and troubleshooting
  • Software Update deployment management and troubleshooting
  • Manage Software Update Groups
  • Manage Software Update Packages
  • Deploy Software Updates
  • Report on Software Update Group Success / Failure
  • Create & Manage Maintenance Windows
  • Windows 10 Feature Update management
  • Custom SCCM report creation
  • Powershell knowledge
  • Windows Deployment Administration
  • Custom OSD Task Sequence creation
  • WIM Creation and maintenance
  • Driver library maintenance
  • Boot disk management
  • Scripting for Automation during OSD and/or Task Sequence
  • Experience with MDT and Offline Imagining Processes
  • O365 Update management
  • Intune and mixed SCCM/Intune client Management
  • Analyze performance/scalability of the environment
  • Produce architectural and training documentation
  • Microsoft Azure and AWS environment knowledge/experience
  • Hardware and Software asset reporting
  • Microsoft Systems Center Orchestrator (SCORCH) experience


  • Bachelor’s degree (BS preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in technology infrastructure
  • 5+ years SCCM administration experience
  • 3+ years SCCM Engineering Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with Powershell
  • 3+ years vulnerability/patching experience
  • Knowledge of elements of information technology stack ( i.e. network, operating system, sub-system, display/application) and inter-relationships between the various functional components
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment or alone.
  • Manage multiple priorities, requests and tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strategy and Analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

This is a support position across the Client at their uptown and downtown locations.
