Job DescriptionJob duties include recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, training, conducting orientations, and managing employee relations issues of production candidates. Will be required to work closely with our customer's management team and talent assigned to customer's location. Candidate must have a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills: verbally, electronically and written, Must be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Must be a self-starter that takes initiative, and works efficiently with minimal supervision. Must have strong time-management skills. Prior Human Resources experience is preferred. A pre-employment criminal background check will be conducted.
