Software Licensing and Vendor Risk Management Associate

Maintain the information Technology software licensing inventory to ensure compliance with contracting terms and condidtions.  Captures, monitors, and reports on the status of software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and contract renovation periods to proactively establish a robust software licensing management process. 

Track and maintains the total number of allocated and available software licenses, tracks and identifies software that is becoming obsolete and notifies IT management when licenses and maintenance agreements need to be renewed or cancelled due to obsolescense or lack of vendor support.  In addition, conducts the vendor and service provider due diligence process to protect the bank against potential risks that could be introduced by contracting new vendors

BD in Business Administration with IT emphasis, Computer Science or Information Technology

Three years of related experience in IT Vendor Management or IT Risk Management and or IT Audit
