Assistant Occupancy & Collection Specialist

Job Description

Asiste del Gerente del Proyecto en los trabajos administrativos relacionados con los procesos de recertificación, ajustes, orientación a residentes, entrevistas de solicitantes y otros.
Realiza tareas de oficina y otras tareas afines al puesto.
(Occupancy & Collection Specialist)


Requisitos mínimos:
Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas.
Disponible para trabajar en diferentes localidades entre área Metro y Caguas.
Dominio oral y escrito de los idiomas inglés y español.
Dominio en los programas de Office y Windows.
Destrezas en cálculos matemáticos básicos como suma, resta, multiplicación, división y por ciento
Excelente destrezas interpersonales.
Orientado a servicio al cliente.
2 años de experiencia en trabajo administrativo y clerical
Habilidad para trabajar tanto individualmente como en equipo.
Disponible a trabajar horas extras y fines de semana, según sea necesario.


Horario de trabajo: 8:30am a 5:00pm.
Paga $8.50 por hora
