Contracts Manager

Job Description

1. Draft, review and negotiate complex agreements
2. Guide proposals through process
3. Identify and mitigate risk issues
4. Act as primary contact for negotiations
5. Prepare detailed and complex drafting of contracts


Requirements

1. 3 to 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts, Non-Disclosure and Service level agreements and Statements of Work
2. 3 to 5 years of experience drafting and managing Requests for Proposals and leading pricing negotiations
3. Familiarity with the financial services industry, terminology, products and services
4. Solid grasp of governance, risk management and compliance principles relevant to third party suppliers
5. Good understanding of federal and state laws e.g., GLBA relating to privacy and security of confidential information
6. Education: Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration, other related fields of study or equivalent experience
