Contract Marketing Assistant needed in Irving, TX

Our client, the third largest personal lines insurer in the US, is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant positions for a 12 month contract located in Irving, Texas.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Rate – $18-$20/hour

  • The project should be starting by next month or in January 2019
    • You will be recruiting for large classes of Customer Service individuals with Property & Casualty experience. The CSR’s handle agent/customer inquiries, billing issues & transactions.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Marketing plan consultation, development and implementation
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Partnership with agency owners and sales leaders.
  • Agency consultations include
    • Helping agencies leverage national marketing programs
    • Selecting and effectively executing locally developed marketing and customer retention programs, campaigns, and processes.
  • Build relationships to drive activity and results
  • Establish metrics and leverage measurement data to report on program success and alignment to company strategy.

The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of Marketing ore related business experience.  Having a degree with a Marketing concentration preferred. Ideally have traditional and digital marketing experience. Insurance industry experience a plus. Must be comfortable with MS Office Excel, Word and Power Point. Advanced organization and project/program management skills required.  Must have advanced communication skills and intermediate leadership skills.
