Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

As a key member of the Administrative team, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will ensure that the responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively while delivering excellent service to internal and external clients in a manner consistent with the company's mission.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Manage and direct the incoming office calls in an effective, efficient, and productive manner.
This includes courteous and helpful customer-first service to our clients.
Sort, organize, and distribute mail in a timely fashion.
Process incoming calls from customers, vendors, board members, etc. who are interested in obtaining information about specific properties.
Maintain and create files for each property.
Other duties as assigned

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness


Experience in handling multi-line phones is preferred
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems including filing and record keeping
