QA Document Control Associate


1-year contract, 1st shift

Salary: $18/hr

Kelly Scientific seeks a QA Document Control Associate for an exciting opportunity with a Life Sciences company in Philadelphia! Please apply immediately for consideration!

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Review and approve all batch records prior to production to ensure that they conform to requirements of cGMP and Clinical Trial Protocol
  • Monitor schedule for production priorities
  • Review of completed batch record for conformance with protocol and appropriate cGMP and ensure that any changes are performed according to procedures
  • Release batch within Scheduling database and JDE inventory management system
  • Record and track errors to maintain departmental metrics

You are an excellent fit if you meet the following requirements:

  • BA/BS or High School Diploma with relevant industry experience
  • Experience with Batch Record or other type of manufacturing GMP /GLP/ GCP documentation review and approval
  • Experience with FDA regulations
  • Background in Pharma, Medical Device, and/or Medical Packaging (GMPs)
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working for a company that is supplying drug products to patients in order to improve their quality of life and/or provide a cure
