Government Sales Analyst

Kelly Services has a client who is looking for an Government Sales Analyst to join their team!  Are you ready to change your future?

The Government Sales Analyst will support the team by identifying and managing local government bids in the U.S. by working directly with our network of dealers and stores. Coordinate new opportunities and tracking bid opportunities using various analytical tools, including but not limited to, SAP, Tableau, Excel.  Heavy focus on bid performance through quantitative and qualitative analysis to maximize opportunities. Report growth opportunities by analyzing the number of requests submitted vs the opportunities. This position will also be the central point of contact for assigned customers to provide program education, support on the processes set by the Government Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and monitor government bid tracking system
  • Analyze government sales programs
  • Ontime reporting
  • Education to dealers and stores as well as customers
  • Website updates
  • Trade show management as the face of government sales department
  • Interact within all divisions of company
  • Continual Improvement

Required:

  • Previous sales, procurement or contract related experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment but also self-sufficient
  • Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to details in data and pricing components as related to bid processes
  • Familiar with contract administration 
  • Excellent customer service-Strong Sales position to interface with customers going over information and data with the Customer.
  • Excel in a diverse/fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Government work experience a plus
