Sales Support Administrator

Job Description

In this role you will be working collaboratively with sales, procurement, operations, and accounting to ensure unsurpassed customer service

Process purchase and sales orders in CRM database accurately and timely
Point of contact for other departments for purchase and sales orders
Follow up with vendors for tracking on shipments
Process vendor return paperwork for items failed by the test department
Maintain updated information in the shipping & receiving queue
Notify sales representative of order delays/problems
Escalate order issues to sales support manager when necessary
Source product and contact vendors for pricing and availability of product
Answer main phone line as needed

Other duties as assigned to assist team in reaching sales goals and ensuring total customer satisfaction

Additional Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask while being flexible working with changing list of priorities
Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience: 2+ years in customer service, sales support or administration

Hours: 8:30-5:30 pm
Pay is based on experience
