Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently looking for highly motivated customer service oriented employees who enjoy working from home! We have a fantastic customer who provides scheduling services for a financial wholesaling industry, and who are skilled and professionals. Positions are Direct Hire, with potential for growth! Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm (hours are based on client location within the US, this can range from Eastern time, Central time,and Pacific time. Salary range is $12.00 start, once the position goes permanent the salary increases to $15.00 an hour the weekly hours will increase to 40 hours per week, with benefits. Starting hours are 20-25 per week once training is complete the hours will increase! Listed below you will find job requirements
Assist client in developing the scheduling work for their business. Responsible for making business phone calls, schedule and or rescheduling business meetings, maintaining calendar integrity, managing and organizing data, and preforming additional administrative duties as needed.
Available to work at least 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8am to 4pm in clients time zone.
Ability to manage time efficiently and productively
Demonstrate attention to detail regarding the scheduling work for clients, particularly in the ares of communication with client, data entry and note documentation in customer software or client calendar system and tracking drive time between meetings
Manage inbound/outbound phone calls, voicemail and e-mail
Generate 15-20 scheduling calls/task per hour
Maintain client calendar with 4-5 meetings per day, 2-3 weeks out
