Clinical Research Coordinator

  • Help with multiple ongoing research projects
  • Shadow healthcare providers in numerous fields including neuro-oncology, ortho-oncology, and radiation oncology
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities for multiple research protocols
  • Consenting patients to research, scheduling research tissue collection, and maintain databases with patients’ clinical and genomic data.
  • Support Principal Investigator
  • Submit requests for and track results of molecular testing.
  • Help coordinate weekly Brain Metastasis Tumor Board and monthly Neurofibromatosis Tumor Board
  • Interact with patients and their families
  • Assist with data collection
  • Provide updates on study progress at weekly research meetings
  • Manage multiple databases to organize patients’ consent and registration information, clinical and genomic data, and sample collection dates and inventory


  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • Open to entry level candidates with some relevant course/project work
  • Knowledge of clinical research protocols and medical terminology
  • Careful attention to details, good organizational skills
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently and as a team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literacy


Reports to the Program Manager for overall job performance.  For day-to-day responsibilities, will work directly with the PIs.
