Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)

Kelly Scientific Resources is currently seeking Clinical Trial Assistants for several leading clients in the Dallas, TX area.

As a Clinical Trial Assistant placed with Kelly Scientific Resources, you will have a key role supporting the Clinical Operations team to ensure effective conduct of clinical trial studies.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations department and assistance to Project Manager(s) and Project Director(s)
  • Create and maintain various clinical tools to track data including, but not limited to: study enrollment, study team contact lists, study team training, and laboratory sample tracking.
  • Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow
  • Assist in quality control audits of clinical study documentation (e.g. Main Study Files, CRF Files, Monitoring Files, etc.)
  • Contact clinical sites for specific requests (e.g., enrollment updates, missing documentation, meeting arrangements, etc.)
  • Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls; prepare and distribute meeting materials and meeting minutes
  • Carry out the function of the role in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working practices and regulatory guidelines



  • BS degree in life science field
  • At least 1 year of experience in clinical research within a CRO, pharma or biotech company
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, basic regulatory requirements, and clinical trial operations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly effective written and oral communication; ability to prepare reports, documentation, and presentation materials with high quality
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint, and general computer skills
