Marketing Specialist

Our client, a large Digital Security company, is currently seeking an Marketing Specialist for a 3+ month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension.  The position is located in Dallas, Texas.

The hours for this position are as follows

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate is up to 33.75/hr

 Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Marketing Manager with experience planning, organizing and coordinating activities for our flagship event
  • Regular reporting on event metrics, develop communications & promotion and coordinate all event logistics, including project timelines, budget, venue selection, sponsorship, and sub-contractor negotiations.
  • Develop and drive high touch event programs that generate quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer intimacy
  • Accountable for executing event plans and driving successful outcomes
  • Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of an exceptional event experience in all phases of the event , including pre- and post-event activities
  • Communicate, execute and package event programming
  • Maintaining program budgets quarterly and optimizing ROI
  • Travel is up to 20%


  • Bachelor Degree in marketing or business, or comparable education/experience
  • 3 years relevant experience.
