Retail Customer Service Rep - Deer Park 77536- JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Retail store to purchase work clothes, PPE and safety apparel. This person will be trained to walk the floor, help walk in customers with boots, apparel, and fittings. Once trained up front, will learn PO's, cash transactions, count stock-inventory, learn Shipping & Receiving. The hardest part is learning the customers accounts-all have different needs & requirements. Then will learn how to close register for the day. Basic functions of keeping floor clean & stocked. Would like a person that knows how to organize themselves, they will give them tips on how to keep up but this job has a lot of juggling 5 things at a time, multi task.

Requirements

Retail Customer Service Rep - Deer Park 77536- SKILLS FOR POSITION
-Retail industry or industrial type company would be helpful but not required.
-Experience with safety wear or worked a retail store front helpful
-Experience with PO's system would be helpful but they will train on their custom software; customer accounts & PO's
