Trainer

My name is George Rogers and I am a Recruiter with Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company. We are currently seeking to fill a Trainer position in Tampa, FL. I have attached the details of the opportunity below:

 

Duration: 6 months (Temp Assignment)

Pay: $29.18/HOUR

 

Trainer needed to help train on transition to new platform for Grievance and Appeals department. This will be a Train the Trainer situation. Trainer will have 4 classes of 12 - 14 employees to train on transition to updated version of Grievance & Appeals System. This is a Virtual Training Environment.

 

  • Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature and across multiple platforms.
  • Delivers synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and global environments.
  • Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs.
  • Exercises classroom management, including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary.
  • Consults and solves learning solutions including: identifies client training needs, successfully uses performance consulting to analyze data and identify root cause to determine appropriate learning solutions, develops service level agreements and meets with clients to obtain approval.
  • Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction.
  • Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness.
  • Keeps technical skills updated.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of training experience is required
  • Must have experience developing training materials and strong presentation skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Grievance & Appeals experience is not required.
  • Will be utilizing WebEx, Skype, and Bridgeline as tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to train a remote team
  • Ability to attend a Train the Trainer session and in turn train team members on content learned.
