Mailroom/ Hospitality for a technology company, Down town, Congress 78701, $15
Schedule: M-F 830 AM- 530 PM

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Hospitality, management of print/copy/imaging projects, mail/courier services, supply services and intermittent reception
- Complete setups and breakdown of conference rooms
- Make coffee, tea when needed.
- Keep kitchens, coffee bars and refrigerators stocked and clean.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Perform various Mail Center activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.)
- Sort and deliver mail, small packages
- Process letters and packages using web based courier services
- Shipping & Receiving
- Process mail, deliver mail/packages.
- Run mail meter and inserter equipment
- Handle time-sensitive material
- Complete copy request, scan request and print request to the clients specifications
- Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed
- Help resolve customer concerns/issues
- Open main line, respond to emails, check messages
- Greet guests, inform proper parties of arrival
- Answer phone, transfer calls to proper parties
- Coordinate conference room reservations, confirm details with necessary personnel (secretary, paralegal, -attorney, IT) Follow up RSVPs if necessary.
- Keep track of and note all changes to reservations
- Handle requests for and track usage of conference call lines
- Validate parking when appropriate
- Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management
- Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives
- Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs and measurements
- Ensure the highest levels of customer care
- Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
- High School - Diploma
- Minimum of 1-year customer service related experience required
- Ability to type 40 wpm or higher
- Have moderate to advanced computer skills
- Be familiar in use of Microsoft Office products
- Have good verbal and communication skills
