Supply Chain Associate/Admin

Job Description

Kelly Services has teamed up with America's leading ski company and seeking a Supply Chain Associate/Admin for their Seattle, WA location.

To assist supply chain team in day to day business requirements including, but not limited to: PO Placement, FOB updates, ensure shipping status report accuracy.

· Input and maintain all Supply Chain information promptly and accurately.
· Coordinate with CS-INTL team to ensure on-time placement of Sales Orders into ERP system
· Generate POs from approved Purchase Requisitions
· Review WIP reports, push vendors, and communicate issues on as needed basis
· PO prices updated promptly upon notification by Product Manager in IMDB / PIR records
· Update PO delivery dates in ERP system promptly upon new factory updates.
· Read, understand, communicate, and enforce Vendor Compliance Manual
· Assist in reconciling discrepancies and end of season balances

Required Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Advanced skills in MS systems, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Demonstrated ability to work independent of close supervision

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience in finished goods manufacturing operations
· Outdoor or Snow sports enthusiast
