IT Support Specialist (Hardware) – Hazelwood, MO


  • Support and maintain end-users computing environment including, but not limited to:
  • Purchase and maintain usable database of all end-user equipment including:
  • Desktops
  • Laptops
  • Workstations
  • Tablets
  • Mobile Phones
  • Provide regular maintenance for each department in all U.S. based offices.
  • Troubleshoot ALL hardware issues of computing equipment (listed above), working with appropriate vendors to replace/repair failing hardware.
  • Monitor maintenance contracts on all hardware.
  • Provide support in person, over the phone, or via remote support sessions (i.e. WebEx).
  • Maintain our McAfee Anti-Virus environment.
  • Work with printer support to maintain all copiers, MFP's, and printers
  • Monitor Help Desk System and respond to calls
  • Work with IT department to identify/implement solutions for delivery of applications, patches, etc.
  • Provide support within the IT department.
  • Monitor web filters and Anti-Virus environments for issues.
  • Prepare quarterly reports to show what activity has taken place with regards to:
  • Virus scans, infections, or removals
  • Actions blocked via web filters
  • Users/hardware added


Associate degree in a related area and 4+ years' experience supporting a corporate computing environment.
