Customer Service Administrative Support

Job Description

Kelly Services in partnership with our Greenland, NH customer are searching for a newly created position of Customer Service Administrative Support.

In this position you will:
Provide primarily administrative support to the Consumer Service team including: performing specific tasks such as completing authorization forms, researching orders, and responding to consumers via email. There will be some phone work, but it is mostly working with emails.

Candidates must have experience working in a fast paced environment, a quick learner, and good in dealing with unexpected requests. Must have strong computer skills to learn new programs along with the Consumer Service team.
