Experienced Call Center Representative - Downtown Minneapolis

Kelly Services is hiring an experienced Call Center Representative for our healthcare client in Minneapolis!

Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hr

- Acts as the primary first point of contact for Leave of Absence In-Take, general Leave of Absence questions and claims problem solving triage.
- Enters FMLA/STD application information accurately into the claims management system.
- Educate and inform the caller about documentation required to process a claim, required time frames, payment information, and claim status.
- Educates callers regarding how benefits, Accruals, cobra, LTD and IP will apply while on a Leave of Absence.
- Determine FMLA/Leave Policy eligibility.
- Compile and send appropriate materials, kits, forms, etc. to employees, managers and HR departments, updating the system as necessary.
- Perform daily administrative duties to include copying, printing, collating, and faxing.


- High school or equivalent required
- 1+ years HR experience preferred in any of the following: Health and Welfare Benefits, payroll or Leave of Absence.
- 5+ years of Customer service required/capable telephone skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to navigate a computerized system
- Strong Computer skills: MS Office and PeopleSoft, Service Now
- Creative and logical problem solving
