Kelly Services is hiring a Recruiter for our Arden Hills Hub/Virtual Home Office! Join a fun team that focuses on administrative, call center, and manufacturing roles in the Twin Cities. This is a full-time, permanent opening with Kelly Services.

As a Kelly Recruiter, you will:

- Take and fill orders and manage the recruiting life cycle
- Recruit, screen, hire, and place employees on assignment
- Working closely with a dynamic team of Recruiters
- Provide best-in-class service to Kelly's customers and employees

- Previous experience sourcing or recruiting potential employees
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Must have professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong customer focus, team orientation, and computer proficiency
