Project Coordinator (Electronic Consumer Products and Parts Shipment)

A Project Coordinator (Electronic Consumer Products and Parts Shipment) is available with Kelly Services in Cupertino, CA. You will work with various teams including project managers, hardware engineering and secure shipments. Coordinate daily requests to receive, track, and allocate units and move units to storage. You will assist with BOMs, ECOs and Material Management in support of our EE design group. Must be an organizer who can prioritize issues and track details to manage the risks associated with early manufacturing builds.

This individual must be able to resolve Customs/Shipping issues with international counterparts. Must be a self-starter who is pro-active, asks questions and takes on new tasks. We need an organized individual who is excellent with multi-tasking, has great customer service skills and who is very detail oriented. You will work in a fast-paced environment with WW Operations, and at this client, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences very quickly.   • Provide support to this team by opening and tracking purchase orders.
  • Update and maintain Excel sheets for parts that reside at vendors location.
  • Provide some degree of Agile support is needed.
  • Ensures project timelines are adhered to, required access is administered, and project logistics are carried out well.
  • Coordinate a cross various teams including project managers and experts from multiple lines of business.
  • Manage access of business users to a key software tool (in coordination with information technology teams).
  • Help refine and deliver basic training to new business users of this software tool.
  • Clearly communicate project timelines and highlight/escalate when deadlines are at risk.
  • Coordinate information and file transfers between software teams and business users.
  • You will work with various teams including project managers and experts from multiple lines of business.
  • Help coordinate across these teams, getting the right people together to ensure the collective team is fully aligned on approach and assignments to flawlessly execute a critical project.
  • Collaborate with internal team players as needed to resolve issues.
  • Work with cross-functional team members in Engineering, Planning, Commodity Managers, and OEM suppliers to execute the most cost-effective supply chain solutions.
  • Work with warehouse on material receipt issues and resolve any issues on a daily basis.
  • Maintain relevant purchasing data in systems

Key Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields plus 3+ years in global project coordination or related experiences.
  • Minimum 3+ years resolving
  • Customs and Shipping issues with international counterparts.
