Seeking an experienced Pardot Specialist for a fantastic opportunity with a well-known Oil & Gas Corporation in Spring, TX. Reporting to the Digital Communications (DigiCom) Supervisor, the Pardot Specialist will provide expertise and support for the Marketing Communications (MarCom) Digital Team. The Pardot Specialist will be responsible for developing procedures and strategies for Pardot usage and is accountable for their successful design, delivery, communication and administration.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • The Pardot Specialist is primarily accountable responsibilities within Pardot which include:
    • Review assigned requests, consult with requestors as needed to resolve any issues
    • Meet with Marketing Communications (MarCom) and Global Business Unit (GBU) contacts to discuss strategies/tactics, develop and modify drafts from standard templates
    • Review any provided contact lists for quality and upload
    • Develop and modify drafts using standard templates and approved copy supplied by MarCom
    • Schedule campaigns for distribution
  • Serve as digital communications expert with in-depth knowledge
  • Share best practices with MarCom and DigiCom teams

 

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 5+ years of Digital Communications/Marketing experience
  • Strong Pardot experience required
  • Must bring prior experience with lead nurturing and lead generation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications abilities, interpersonal, persuasive and motivational skills
  • Must be fluent in English, additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, Russian and/or Portuguese strong preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) strongly preferred
  • Well-organized with the ability to support multiple projects at once
  • A self-starter and independent worker

 

This is a 1-year contract opportunity with the potential to extend and/or become permanent. Starting pay is flexible based on experience.
