Administrative Assistant

Job Description

As a critical member of the office team, assist with major projects and administrative tasks to support the production, quality and finance departments.

-Work directly with the Vice President of Operations and Quality as well as the Controller to create and generate monthly reports used for sales analysis,production analysis, quality control, continual improvement, cost reduction, and key performance metrics. Track data, trends, and create analysis reports.

-Assist with inventory control, data entry, and analysis of discrepancies to physical counts.

-Assist with Sales Tax preparation.

Working hours M-F 8:30AM-5pm, This is a Temp to Hire opening thru Kelly Services.


Requirements

-Detail oriented
-EXCELLENT computer skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office excel. Must be able to create, edit, and update Excel spreadsheets using advanced functions.
-Works efficiently with ability to multi task and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
-Analytical skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time
-Manufacturing knowledge a plus
-Maintain strict confidentiality
