Kelly Services is currently seeking a Retail Enablement Coordinator for one of our top clients in Hillsboro, OR.

 

*Open ended contract that includes full benefits.

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management & Training

•          Manage and supervise work of 3-5 member team. Supplement the team’s work and responsibilities as needed.

•          Main liaison with Client stakeholders for program membership, communications, points incentives, and sales team.

•          Intake new project requests and delegate work to the team. Develop processes and scope in conjunction with Client and 3rd party stakeholders.

 

 

Communications & Events

•          Ensure communications are customer-ready; write newsletter and other copy as needed

•          Approve all communications before deployment (newsletters and event/campaign email)

•          Manage the overall email and social medial editorial calendar

•          Coordinate campaigns to ensure successful operation and business objectives are attained

•          Event registration support for field sales and Client stakeholders

•          Onsite event support including booth staffing, prize management, & event planning

Points Incentives

•          Coordinate new promotion setup and communication with relevant stakeholders

•          Support new and existing rewards/redemption activity

•          Ensure points materials are accurate and communicate to relevant Client stakeholders

•          Process customer credits for Distributor Voucher program with Client finance

•          Provide 2nd level support for 3rd party vendors on escalations and support weekly meetings

 

 

Reporting & Analytics

•          Utilize reporting tools to create reports as needed

•          Customer reporting to sales and marketing teams

•          KPI reporting dashboards for Client management

•          Program ROI analysis/results and forecasting

 

 

 

ADDITIONAL JOB SKILLS:

 

            Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related preferred.

•          Minimum 2 years’ experience managing teams and complex projects across multiple stakeholders

•          Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, communications or related field.

•          Proficient in using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; willingness and ability to learn and utilize new systems/tools as needed. Understanding of Pivot Tables, vLookup, and other Excel formulas/tools preferred.

•          Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally in-person, and via email/phone.

•          Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and follow-through; strong prioritization and time-management skills.

•          Strong client service ethic; high degree of responsiveness and interest in exceeding expectations.
