Process Associate

My name is Megan Powalski and I am a Recruiter with Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company. We are currently seeking to fill a Process Manager in Dewitt, NY. I have attached the details of the opportunity below:

Duration: 3+ months, temporary assignment

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/HOUR

Job Description:

Process Manager/Coordinator working in the Change Management Department

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with analytical abilities who can review docs, identify gaps and take in the “Big Picture”.

Responsibilities include:
Manages and drives Marketing Operations Process changes and development the primary focus and area of ownership of this position is the area of decomposition.

  • Leads process decomposition work sessions concerning business/system processes, documents, quantifies and communicates results and recommendations. 
    Probes through questioning with detail and accuracy to gain an understanding of current system and/or business state. In addition, identifies root causes of business and/or workflow problems and determines innovative sources for solutions and opportunities.
  • Drives those solutions from start to implementation. 
  • Directs process development from recommendation through post- implementation including, i.e. holding meetings, analyzing data, working with Project Managers from within Marketing Operations and their Project Teams impacted by the business decision. 
  • Manages the analysis, research, and resolution within the assigned project as requested by the project manager. Works closely with other business units to define requirements for improving existing processes and/or developing new processes: 
     

Minimum Qualifications 
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in project management and Operations.  Expertise in work management concepts, process improvement skills (i.e. Lean Six Sigma), Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong knowledge of the project management life cycle, MSF. Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Visio is required. Proficiency with Stepwise System/Software is a big plus.
