HelpDesk Level II - Direct Hire

Kelly IT Resources is looking for   Helpdesk Level II - Direct Hire for a mid-size Mortgage company.

 

Title: Helpdesk Level II - Direct Hire

Location: St. Louis, MO

Client Industry: Financial Services

Direct Hire, great benefits, profit sharering

Mon-Fri, 9-5

Travel: up to 10%, domestic

 

SUMMARY

Will support and troubleshoot several desktop and mobile applications:

  • Answer HelpDesk phone calls
  • WalkIn HelpDesk support
  • Create HelpDesk Tickets
  • Windows Computer cleaning, rebuilding, troubleshooting
  • Support eMail in Outlook, Office 365, Cloud Archiving, Spam Filters
  • VOIP Telephony Support
  • Network troubleshooting, physical and logical: TCP, UDP, WAN/LAN, Wifi, VPN, VLAN
  • Working with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365 Admin Center
  • Printer troubleshooting, networking, sharing
  • Audio Video Conference Room Support
  • Frequently moving computer hardware and inventory tracking
  • Document new technical solutions
  • Minimal oncall availability as needed
  • Minimal local travel as needed
  • Enjoying your time at work

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of related experiences preferred
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Computer, Network, or Server Certifications are preferred
