Looking for an exciting new company that offers unlimited career development? Kelly Services is the perfect place!Document Production - Manage and coordinate new and potential litigation document production by obtaining and organizing required documentation. Keep an accurate log of all cases.
Wage Claims Management- Track, support, and report on all wage claims. As needed, also investigate and write response letters for wage claims.
Litigation Monitoring - Track all litigation and create quarterly reports. Keep litigation meeting spreadsheets updated and track monthly numbers for new litigation. Additionally responsible for identifying litigation trends and other potential issues.
EEO Process Management/Lit Holds - Coordinate and manage EEO process by scanning documents, updating databases, ensuring calendars are up to date, reporting and sending out required communications, including, but not limited to, litigation holds at the direction of legal counsel, to all parties.
Corporate Governance - collect documents on an annual and quarterly basis for all corporate transactions and documents needed to be in compliance. Ensure all required documents are properly posted.
Sharepoint sites & Electronic Files - Own and maintain all Law and Risk SharePoint sites and electronic file management by adding new people and keeping information updated.
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (MUST have previous Legal Experience)
