Kelly Services has been providing outstanding employment opportunities to the most talented individuals in the marketplace for more than 70 years. We have a temporary position as an Associate Recruiter. Below are the Duties and Responsibilities
As a Field Operations Recruiter, you will recruit and select candidates for consideration to work in our hourly roles. You will work closely with key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and implement a recruiting strategy to acquire top talent. You will maintain a quality candidate sourcing pipeline for key positions and proactive growth, and make recommendations based on the needs of our hiring managers.
Recruit hourly, non-exempt hires for multiple roles and functions across a region or specific facility
Source and thoroughly evaluate candidates; check personal qualifications against job requirements
Develop relationships with hiring managers to establish recruitment profiles
Qualify candidates through behavioral interview techniques, skills assessments, and background checks
Provide an aggressive hiring plan; build confidence and credibility with hiring managers; present candidate synopsis and recommendations to hiring managers.
Coordinate on-site interviews; conduct, analyze, and discuss reference checks with hiring managers.
Finalize offers to candidates; coordinate on-boarding
Use and maintain applicant tracking system; EEO compliance tracking.
Special projects when necessary.


Requirements

High School Diploma
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience, with measurable results showing quality hires
- Consumer Product Goods (CPG) or Wholesale Distribution Industry experience preferred, but not required
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a -can do- attitude and desire to excel; strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational & analytical skills, and problem solving ability
- Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key
- Ability to prioritize when presented with multiple `top priority- situations
- Ability to represent the company as an employer of choice; to extend the brand in the marketplace and to share the culture and opportunity in everything you do
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications
- Familiarity with iCIMS applicant tracking system a plus
