Job Description
Kelly Services is looking to hire 20 Customer Support Representatives a large Health Insurance call-center in Huntington Beach, CA.This is an Outbound call center role - NO SALES.
You will be contacting current members to remind them of preventative care, and medical providers to verify patient care measures.
Customer Service skills and strong attention to detail is essential to this role.
Contract: 8 Months (October - May 2020)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent- 1+ year of Customer Service experience
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple windows/screens
