A Trainer Coordinator (Change Management, Manufacturing & Six Sigma)

A Trainer Coordinator (Change Management, Manufacturing & Six Sigma) job is available with Kelly Engineering Services in the South San Francisco, CA area for a special project opportunity with a state-of-the-art technology company. Come join the worldwide training team and build a strong team and processes for construction communication issues, to be proactive with establishing systems and reports which support efficient training such that all staff, consultants and contractors are all properly trained to achieve the Site Services compliance metrics, and are trained in a timely manner so as to enable uninterrupted and efficient project delivery.  You’ll will need to bring instructional design expertise; a passion for helping people learn; and experience in web site coarse materials.   

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:  

  • Assist in coaching and develop and provide training and skill development, Change Management, Process Mapping, Waste Identification and Team Brainstorming 
  • Coordinate all staff, consultant, contractor on-boarding, off boarding (through SIMs) with the support of team and reconcile on-board and off-board discrepancies between SIMs and the CHRIS system
  • Support a weekly Site Logistics meeting to coordinate and communicate all construction activities and site impacts throughout the campus Ensure the assignment of training
  • Roles to all D staff, consultants and contractors in the Alliance Partner program
  • Host all Architect, Engineer and General Contractors and their subs
  • Ensure D staff, consultant, and contractor compliance with CHRIS training
  • Ensure all Vendor compliance with GMP training
  • Interface with the Site Services Administrative Training Team, as necessary
  • Administer the Project Delivery On-Boarding (PDOB)
  • Program – set up trainings on g-Cal and manage the master schedule of training completion
  •  Working knowledge of standard software, such as Word*, PowerPoint*, Visio*, and/or Acrobat.

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience
  • Must have 3+ years’ experience leading related Office Transformations, High Situational   
  • Support Manger and provide examples of past success and then create new processes or make existing processes better.
  • Standardize work instructional training.
  • Lean experience in a customer centric environment (not manufacturing) Transactional office space (Sales, Finance, Marketing).
  • Working knowledge of standard software, such as Word*, PowerPoint*, Visio*, and/or Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience w/ flash, HTML, XML a plus.
  • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card) to facilitate access to this facility
