IT Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the characteristics of diagnostic tools for the American market in order to identify and report to the technical department the aspects to be improved
  • Collect, analyze, test and filter the feedback from the market and report it to the technical department
  • Collaborate with the Technical Department to develop the product on the US market, according to a development plan agreed with the branch manager
  • Proven experience in providing Service Desk environment
  • Working knowledge of help desk software and networking concepts.
  • Basic Active Directory Knowledge such as creating user accounts, resetting passwords, and creating groups.
  • Proficiency with computer and internet applications: Basic database usage, TCP/IP configurations, VPN, troubleshooting viruses and malware, managing system accesses/password resets, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with an emphasis on Windows 7, 8, and 10, Office 2010 and 2013.
  • Experience using and troubleshooting MS Outlook within a network environment while providing customer service.

Skills:

  • Ability to use diagnostic tools preferably multi-brand tools
  • Knowledge in using diagnostic testers and computer
  • Interest of the American automotive market
