QA Associate II - Beltsville, MD

Kelly Scientific has a new direct hire opportunity for a QA Associate II with a Biopharmaceutical company focusing on understanding the immune system holistically.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support internal quality systems, including the ability to develop and execute training
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and EU regulations
  • Participate in all internal and external audits and inspections
  • Support supplier control, including external vendor audits
  • Conduct CAPA and deviation investigations, SOP review, Batch Record review
  • Perform root-cause analysis to identify corrective and preventative actions
  • Assist with Quality in various departments such as: Manufacturing, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D

You are an excellent fit if you meet the following qualifications:

  • BS in Life Science
  • At least 1+ years of QA experience, prefer focus in Large Molecule bioanalysis
  • Batch Record, Deviations, and CAPA experience are required
  • 2-5 years Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry experience
  • Possess a dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible based on constantly changing priorities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
  • Grit and Ambition are key for long-term success
