IT Analyst

The Candidate will help support Deere legacy systems like ITS, Walker & CAPS.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
• At least 5 years of experience in COBOL, SAS, JCL, ESP and SQL.
• 5 or more years of Software development processes experience
• 5 or more years of product design, test and/or analysis experience
• Effective Analytical skills required to understand complex system interactions and understand impact of system changes on related processes
• Ability to identify solution gaps and disconnects in existing solutions; ability to work with the on- and off-shore development teams to explain the proposed design and share best practices
• Experience delivering products using Agile methodology
• Experience working in a support team environment with a combination of project work (change request) and support (tickets)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audience

Work Hours:
• Start time 8am CST, required to be on-site from day one of engagement

Preferred Tech and Educational Qualifications:
• Proficient knowledge of COBOL, SAS, JCL, ESP and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
