9633493 RPA Business Analyst II The RPA Business Analyst II will support the identification and implementation of cost-effective robotics automation solutions by coordinating detailed technical requirements, design, and integration with other appropriate technologies. What you ll do: Work with the product owners to determine the scope, scenarios and use cases to automate manual processes Document processes, rules, workflows, and systems for RPA developers Collaborate with the product owners to document the hard and soft benefits of automating the processes Determine testing requirements and participate in showcases with developers, product owners, and business teams Actively participate in backlog grooming to prepare for sprint activities Build and maintain positive on-going cooperative relationships with internal stakeholders Identify opportunities to leverage other technologies to develop transformative business solutions Participate in the re-engineering and streamlining of processes before applying automation Undertake professional development and research in digital technologies Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a collaborative and supportive work environment Required Expertise: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar 3-5 years of professional Business Analysis experience Fluent in Spanish and English Good written and verbal communication Excellent technical documentation High-level technical experience with databases, BI, SQL or related knowledge Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error Preferred Expertise: LSS certification Yellow, Green or Black belt is strongly preferred Experience with RPA is a plus Worked in an Agile environment Utilized JIRA or similar organizational tool
