General Summary

Office Coordinators assist members with their everyday transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, payments, etc.) at their designated Onsite location. In addition to general teller duties, the Office Coordinator will assist members with new accounts and manage the operational aspects of the branch. The Office Coordinator will support a member-centric experience in the branch, focused on Improving the Quality of Members- Financial Lives.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Provides a quality member experience.
- General teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.
- Opens, closes, and maintains accounts for new and existing members.
- Cultivates relationships with members to drive additional sales.
- Maintains the operational expectations of the branch.
- Educates and informs members of financial solutions of benefit to them.
- Provides solutions to complex member questions and concerns.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with members and coworkers.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding and knowledge of credit union products, services, and systems.
- Demonstrates the ability to work within a team environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.


- Must be eligible to be bonded
- Must exhibit basic clerical and processing skills
- Mustbe proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must understand and comply with all required federal and state regulations associated
with this position.
- Must be able to speak and understand fluent English.
- HS Diploma or GED
