Job DescriptionKelly Services has teamed up with a Pharmaceutical Company in Seattle WA and looking for a Document Control Coordinator.
You will support our Scheduling & Cell Logistics Team (+10 people) on administrative and coordination tasks for the daily operational activities.
Your primary job responsibility is to manage our Portal user access, enter data in our Account Management system, and support courier orders. You must be highly organized and detailed-oriented as this position work with large volume of data in our systems.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
? Manage all Portal access activities including but not limited to verifying trainings, getting approval from business system owner(s), and working with IT to have accounts created.
? Enter of data in our Account Management system for our new Clinical and Commercial sites while supporting site startup activities, as instructed
? Support courier orders
? Provide administrative support in planning events and large global meetings including but not limited to booking rooms, setting up, ordering food, and ensuring things run smoothly
? Manage our SharePoint sites

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
? Bachelor s degree
? Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
? Must be able to prioritize multiple competing tasks and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
? Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
? Strong business acumen
? Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
? Flexibility in responding to change or business needs
? Proficient with O365 software especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
