We are currently sourcing aÂ Contracts and Grants Manager. The incumbent will supportÂ our Social Sciences research organization with compliance and administration of our grants and contracts as well as serve as our in-house contracting and subcontracting specialist.Â Â
Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field of study.
5 years of experience in Contract/Grant management.
Experience working for a non-profit research institute preferred
Excellent written/oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Service-oriented personality, with demonstrated ability to work independently, manage, and follow through on multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (ex. Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with Deltek CostPoint a plus.
Working knowledge of pre-award and post-award contract/grant administration elements, such as proposal/application budgeting, subcontracting, procurement, compliance and government reporting.
Familiarity with government systems such as System for Award Management (SAM.gov), Grants.gov, FSRS.gov (FFATA/eSRS) Reporting system, eRA Commons.
Knowledge of Federal Regulations, Uniform Guidance, and standard terms/conditions that govern administration of federal funds.
