-Develops and executes marketing plans that support growth objectives.
-Conducts analysis and periodic reviews of category, brand, competitive landscape, customer and consumer trends to enhance brand equity and marketplace performance.
-Leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovation platforms, new products, product renovation, and line extensions.
-Manages the analysis of syndicated sales data, financial reports, and other data to monitor product activity. Makes strategic and tactical recommendations to reach brand objectives. Prepares executive summaries of key insights and recommendations.
-Communicates marketing activities cross functionally on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.
-Manages relationships with external creative teams, agencies, and other vendors. Provides direction on the planning and implementation of consumer advertising and promotion.
-Works closely with social media community manager and content creator to create strategy, content and posts for brand.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
-1+ year of relevant marketing experience
-Experience working with Trade Marketing to develop pricing and promotional plans.
-Consumer insights experience with the ability to get first-hand consumer information and use it to drive improvements in products, programs, and communication.
