Quality Assurance Associate- Seattle, WA

Kelly Scientific Resources is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Associate to work at a Biotech company in Seattle, WA.

This is a contract opportunity until end of March 2020

Working Hours: M-F with standard working hours between 8am-5pm.

Job Summary:

As Quality Assurance Associate you will have strong desire to be part of our Quality Team and assist in administration of Document Control, Training Systems, and Quality Management System (QMS). You will possess a strong attention to detail and have a collaborative and team-oriented disposition.

Essential Duties:

  • Must have a working knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO Standards and other regulatory agencies
  • Administer the Change Management and Training systems.
  • Support development and updates for SOPs, work instructions and other quality documentation.
  • Review records and documents, for completeness and compliance with QSR and ISO requirements.
  • Assisting Quality Management with various projects, as required
  • Support the eQMS electronic documentation system, as needed


  • 1-3 years of related experience in a GMP and/or FDA regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science.
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, and listening)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High level of initiative with ability to self-manage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
