*Three or more years previous experience in JAVA programming.
• 3 or more years of experience with Java web development with Spring and RESTful APIs including exposure to Spring boot framework.
• 1 or more years of experience with DevOps principles and lean development such as Continuous Integration (e.g. GitHub) and Continuous Delivery (Jenkins)
• 2 or more years of experience with TDD and acceptance test-driven development utilizing J-Unit.
Experience developing software that integrates with other software would be nice
coding experience with web applications
Engage and work with other teams throughout John Deere to accomplish enterprise initiatives and compliance activities impacting Parts IT systems.
Design, develop, configure, and test JAVA applications and support integrating backend solutions (mainframe, SAP) for the Parts Dealer Order Entry IT systems
Work collaboratively on an Agile team to deliver solutions that meet all acceptance criteria.
Provide unit support on general questions, break/fix issues, and process enhancements.
Position may be required to work off-hours to work with global team members. Normal hours are usually flexible between 7 - 4:30
