Production Operator positions- ALL SHIFTS

Job Description

Kelly Services is currently looking for Production Operators to work on site for a company in Fredericksburg, IA. These are temp to hire positions. All shifts available (1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts) hours :1st shift- 7:00am- 3:00pm M-F, 2nd shift- 3p-11pm M-F and 3rd shift 11:00pm- 7:00am M-F. OT required when needed. $15.00/hr with $0.50 shift differential for part of shift.

Responsibilities include:

- Assembling totes, prepping and storing totes
- Fill cases
- Weigh products
- Stacking, processing and cleaning areas

Job Requirements:

- Ability to work as an effective team member, including accepting supervisor/assistance from other team members
- Detail oriented and self-directed
- Ability to read and interpret plant production documents
- Ability to learn and operate machinery by a computerized control panel
- Possess basic keyboard and data entry skills
- Have basic math and mechanical skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
