Job DescriptionA food and beverage company located in Dakota, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor on 3rd shift. The primary responsibility of this Production Supervisor will be to oversee a team of employees in meeting production goals while supervising production schedules and operational tasks.

Pay: $55,000 - $70,000, based on skills and qualifications
Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift 6 PM - 6 AM
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Production Supervisor with 2-5 years of previous experience in Food or Auto Industries
- Must have strong knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts
- Able to supervisor a team of 30-45 full time employees
- Responsible for their line, quality, production, change over and safety of all staff
- Someone able to recognize cost and numbers driven supervisor
- Follow GMP practices
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Process Improvement is a bonus
