Job Description:
Important member of the team that provides administrative support including a broad range of responsibilities with the goal of supporting sales department field efforts.

Responsibilities include tasks such as; calendar management, organizing and maintaining all sales related records & filing systems, updating reports, furnishing information as needed, responding to routine correspondence from distributors, brokers and prospective customers, CRM, assisting with competitive research & analysis.

Will frequently communicate and respond to correspondence from KGP team members, brokers, and customers. Generate sales department requests for variety of needs samples, pricing or product information. Communications frequently with other company departments in regards to sales department updates and projects.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be responsible, self-disciplined, ambitious, detail/accuracy oriented, efficient and capable of dealing with people and issues. Ability to work independently or collaboratively with others in a varied pace environment. Must possess excellent communication skills (written & oral) and maintain a professional demeanor. Able to multi-task and work effectively within deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point.

2-3 years relevant Administrative experience along with general office practices; sales and foodservice industry knowledge are a plus.
