Job Description

Kelly Services is currently hiring an Account Manager to work for one of our top clients in Modesto, CA.

This is a permanent position. Person would be hired on as a Kelly Employee.
Work schedule is within Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

Job Purpose:
The Account Manager is instrumental in Kelly-s overall success with a partnered staffing and/or local retail client/s. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for the client as it pertains to the overall client relationship and service delivery and may have one or more direct reports.
He/she will serve as a business partner to the client, developing and maintaining relationships with the client and temporary employees, identifying process improvements, and ensuring consistent service levels across the account/s. This individual will serve as the escalation point for service issues and is responsible for proactive problem resolution. Operational responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client and talent engagement, monitoring and reporting on contract compliance, business development, sharing industry and best practice knowledge. This individual is ultimately accountable for the overall level of service delivery, growth, and profitability for the client location(s) he/she supports. The success of this individual will be highly impacted by their ability to communicate effectively, establish strong working relationships with the client, and the development of effective partnerships with the relevant Kelly internal stakeholders.

The bulk of the responsibilities will include:
- Business Development/Account Management:
- Employee and Client Engagement
- Talent Leadership
- Some recruiting

Education required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

Type of experience required:
- Recruiting or staffing experience required and prior management experience
- 4+ years recruiting, staffing at least two years Kelly experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years people management (direct reports)
- Sales experience required
