Recruiting Coordinator-Austin, TX

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for experienced full-time Recruiting Coordinators for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Austin, Texas.  

We are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a robust and world class Recruiting team. In this highly visible role, as the Recruiting Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly recruitment process; work closely with a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. ·

The assignment starts in immediately 2019 and pays $24.00 per hour based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide support to multiple recruiters, as well as, interact and effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Perform all aspects of organizing candidate interviews via phone, VC, and on-site visits.
  • Manage logistical details which include interviews, meetings, and securing conference rooms.
  • Multi-task through a high volume of interview reschedules on a daily base.
  • Create and distribute offer letter and other employment related correspondence.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all tasks to recruiter and/or candidate.
  • Initiate and track all background investigations and other pre-employment screens.
  • Perform other administrative duties that support the recruitment process and team.
  • Managing calendar events, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Embracing a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Coordinating complex domestic & international travel arrangements (including hotel and car).
  • Creating offer letters with timely delivery to recruiter and/or candidate, prepare offer packet materials including shipping materials.
  • Prepare and process candidate travel reimbursements and ensure the candidate receives a timely reimbursement check
  • Ensure the candidate a world class interview/hiring experience representing our brand and commitment to an exceptional experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma (Associates Degree or Bachelors preferred)
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event planning, working with a large group/team in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Must have experience with heavy calendar / interview scheduling management
  • Experience providing support to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Experience managing large volume of employment offer requests
  • Initiate and track all background investigations and other pre-employment screens.
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding·
  • Must have experience with complex domestic & international travel arrangements. (including hotel and car).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations.
  • Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers.
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity. Strong interpersonal skills a must.
  • Must be proficient in MAC and Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology.

Terms of Assignment: 
•   12-month assignment – Starting immediately 2019
•   Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 1st shift; 10:00am-7:00pm
