Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a LED Lighting manufacturer headquartered in Indianapolis!

This position would be communicating and helping outside independent sales representatives with promoting company products, sales support, training, and ongoing customer service.


Job Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and client acquisition by prospecting, making calls, setting up meetings, and consistent follow up. Company will provide a significant amount of new leads.
- Set up meetings with new customers.
- Coordinates customer training.
- To efficiently manage sales time and efforts by targeting the correct set of clients and companies.
- Excellent communication skills and able to negotiate with B2B C-level customers.
- Database gathering through on-line database research and other sources.
- Accurate and timely reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Make quotes, invoices, and provide product/service delivery information.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional work experience in B2B sales.
- Associates Degree
- Driver-s License

Pay is $16.50/hour (plus commission once hired)
Temp to Hire
Located in the Castleton area
