Hours: 8:30am-5pm,Monday-Friday

This position serves as Marketing Administrative Assistant for a large Minneapolis-based company, providing marketing and sales administrative support.

-Provides administrative support to the marketing and sales teams.
-Assist with the creation, updating, and distribution of sales collateral, presentations, website content, advertising, press releases, social media, and other marketing content.
-Maintain database of marketing communications design files and manage printing of materials.


Requirements

-Highly organized, attention to detail
-Strong computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Strong communication and writing skills
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Marketing degree or experience helpful
