Direct Hire Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Lawrence, KS

Financial Technology company located in Lawrence, KS has multiple openings for Call Center Customer Service Representatives on a Direct Hire basis for SS&C! These Service Representatives will be responsible for servicing the customer over the phone in a timely manner assessing their needs, reviewing orders, troubleshoot issues, and verifying accounts

Shift: 8 hour shift between hours of 6:30 am - 7:30 pm
Training on 1st shift for 4 weeks: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Some Flexibility)
Pay: $15-16 Depending on Experience

Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide the ideal customer experience on every inbound call regarding questions, purchases, withdrawals and rebalances
- Average 50-100 inbound calls a day
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft office, CRM or Salesforce experience a plus
- Able to work with upset or irate customers while maintaining a professional manner
- Able to work with multiple programs at once using dual screens & auto dialer
- Adhere to call center metrics including availability, adherence, and quality
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and fax.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, call center environment.
